The Hang® Gudu is a challenge for the playback of videos. It seems rather purposeless to watch the videos in this blog if you cannot listen to the bass pulse generated by vibrating air in the Hang Gudu’s cavity. But precisely this is the case with quite a number of loudspeakers in smartphones, tablets or notebooks and some earplugs.
This video allows you to test if your devices are suitable for the playback of Hang Gudu videos.
Due to a physical restriction I am using a somewhat different playing position than the usual one. It is important to know this difference when you try to reproduce something with your own instrument that I am demonstrating in my videos.
